It is not intended to constitute, and should not be relied on as, legal advice, regulatory advice, compliance certification, audit assurance, or professional consulting advice for any specific person, institution, or case.

2) No legal or professional advice

You should obtain independent professional advice (legal, regulatory, compliance, accounting, and/or other relevant advice) before taking any action based on the Platform content. Any decision you make based on the Platform content is at your own discretion and risk.

3) No guarantee of outcomes

While we aim to provide high-quality, practical materials, we do not guarantee:

  • that using our materials will lead to a specific regulatory outcome (e.g., passing an inspection, improving a rating, or achieving compliance);
  • that adopting any template or approach will be sufficient for your organization’s circumstances; or
  • that regulators, assessors, auditors, or other stakeholders will accept any document produced using our materials.

4) Jurisdictional differences

AML/CFT requirements vary by country, sector, regulator, and time. Content may reference international standards (e.g., FATF guidance) and examples from different jurisdictions. You remain responsible for ensuring that any application of the content complies with your applicable laws, regulations, supervisory expectations, and internal governance.

5) Accuracy, completeness, and updates

We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date. However:

  • content may become outdated due to changes in international Standards, FATF Methodology, and Mutual Evaluation Procedures;
  • errors or omissions may occur.

We do not warrant that the Platform will always reflect the latest developments or that all materials are complete for your intended purpose.

6) Regulatory and institutional non-affiliation

Unless explicitly stated in writing, FCI Xperts Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any governmental authority, regulator, law enforcement body, financial intelligence unit, international organization, or standard setter.

  • your submission may be processed to provide support and operate the Services; and
  • you are responsible for ensuring you have the right and legal basis to share it.

10) No confidentiality or privilege created by communications

Your communications with us through the Platform or via email do not create a lawyer-client relationship, auditor-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, or any legally privileged relationship. We cannot guarantee confidentiality of information sent through general communication channels.

If you require confidential professional services, this must be agreed under a separate written engagement with defined confidentiality terms.
